The Ultra-Guard Concept was born out of my own experience as a showroom owner and fabric protection service provider for my customers.

I wanted to expand beyond just the fabric protection to a Concierge service in the care of fine fabrics for the design trade and their clientele.

The idea was to protect the fabrics but also guarantee their protection through a service warranty and maintenance cleaning using skilled upholstery cleaners.

To establish the model, I began working with designers and showrooms in Orange County, California.

After testing the available fabric protection products, I selected one I could actually stand behind with a 5-year service warranty, and began by doing the application myself, in order to train future service technicians.

My search for the best formula was never-ending. Every new product I came across, I tested it for water and oil-based stains resistance and durability. If it performed better than the one I was currently using, I switched to the new product.

Now, I am able to work with our chemist to create the product exactly how I want it. We now have a nanotech product I call STAIN FREE that outperforms all other products on the market and has a guarantee that it will last the fabric’s lifetime.
