First off, I'm so glad your here! I've been in the nutrition field since 2013. My passion is helping people become healthier from the inside out. Nothing excites me more than helping you live a longer-healthier life. I am here to completely transform your perspective to creating a sustainable eating lifestyle, and ridding "I'm on a diet". Now more than ever, it is our responsibility to take care of our bodies and that starts with what we consume on a day-to-day basis. This is your safe space and I'm here for you every step of it.
About Bend
Bend is a city in and the county seat of Deschutes County, Oregon, United States. It is the principal city of the Bend Metropolitan Statistical Area. Bend is Central Oregon's largest city, with a population of 99,178 at the time of the 2020 U.S. Census, up from 76,693 at the time of the 2010 U.S. Census, and 52,029 at the 2000 census. The Bend metro population was 198,253 as of the 2020 census. It is the fifth largest metropolitan area in Oregon.
